XXX | Military positions are limited the higher up in the ranks you are. The only people that can be in the military are people who live within the dome. Lower ranking Military officials typically take care of policing the dome as well as the ration building. Military can sign up to scout beyond the dome.General (Commander in Chief) | 1 | Absolute Leader of the Dome. Commander of all Dome Forces.
Brigadier | 3 | The General's advisors and enforcers, in command when the General is absent. Elect a new General should the current one die.
Colonel | 5 | Lowest rank considered a Command Rank.
Major | 8 | Highest rank to be actively involved in actual battle.

CIVILIAN RANKS
XXX | Civilian ranks are generally infinite. Civilians live in the dome and are forbidden to leave. Most civilians join military ranks due to a lack of rations otherwise. Most are afraid of the outside and deeply fear Echoes.Researcher | current max of 3 | Develop new weaponry and technology for the Military. Forbidden to share details of this research with anyone.
Healer | current max of 5 | The best trained doctors and nurses for the Military. Forbidden to treat civilians without express permission from a Military Command Rank
Civilian | ∞Smuggler | current max of 2 | Criminals who deal with the Drifters. Know the ins and outs of the Dome better than anyone else. The Military considers these individuals 'Kill on Sight.'
REBELLION RANKS
XXX | Anti-military resistance who blame the government for the destruction of the modern world. They work on trying to educate and liberate those who live in the dome, and are in constant battle with military ranks.Field Marshal | 1 | Supreme commander of the Rebel forces. Only those of the rank Commander or higher are allowed to know their name, all others know only their code name.
Commodore | 3 | Field Marshal's advisors and commanders. Should the Field Marshal die, a replacement is chosen from amongst the Commodores.
Commander | 5 | Lead Battalions of the Rebellion, often in charge of offensives.
Sub-Commander | 8 | Aid Commanders, lead Divisions of the Rebellion.

DRIFTER PARTIES
DEFENDERS | Remain primarily, if not entirely within the city, scraping out a living for themselves. The largest group, they work as a collective. Though suspicious by nature they are the most willing to take in new members and offer safety to those who need it. Led by the Council, made of the Sentinel and the Guardians.Sentinel | 1 | Leader of the Defenders and head of the Council. Holds 2 votes on the council.
Guardians | 3 | Other members of the Council. Each holds one vote.

HUNTERS | An aggressive group, they are more likely to be found outside of the city. Should they come across any Echos, they do not hesitate to destroy them. As a close knit group they aren't always accepting of new members, and more often than not a new member will be sent on a quest to prove their loyalty. Split into five bands that roam separately, all ultimately loyal to the Huntmaster.Huntmaster | 1 | Commander of the Party. Their word is law. Leads the largest Gang
Striker | 1 | The Huntmaster's second in command, in charge of ensuring there are no traitors and that new members are loyal.
Stalker | 4 | Lead the other four Gangs of Hunters, usually aided by two Hunt Leaders.
Hunt Leader | 8 | Aid Stalkers in command, lead Bands within each Gang.

SEAHAWKS | Remaining primarily along the coastline and rivers, living in boats, they act as merchants and are known for having rare goods – some of which are said to be stolen from the dome. The only drifters in direct constant contact with smugglers from the dome. Split similarly to the Hunters into three fleets that move separately but are united under the Ironwing.Ironwing | 1 | Leader of the 1st fleet. They alone can call the Seahawks together into a single fleet.
Wingmaster | 2 | Lead the 2nd and 3rd fleets. Answer only to the Ironwing.
Boat Master | 10 | Command individual boats within the fleets.

RAIDERS | Loathed by even the other drifters, these scum do not seem to have any real leadership or structure, and strike at anyone they can attack, stealing and killing to stay alive. Shameless cannibals and are known to cook and eat infected flesh if needed. Divided into Tribes, rarely unite for anything, and will fight each other as soon as anyone else.Warlord | 3 | Lead the three largest Tribes of Raiders. Perhaps the most feared humans in the wastes.
Chieftain | 7 | Lead smaller Tribes of Raiders.

ECHO PACKS
THE HORDE | The Largest pack, has no clear direction, merely wanders around and attacks anything it comes across. Found primarily in the Long Dark and the Scorch. Not playable by members, NPC.
THE RAVAGERS | A small pack, but fast. Aggressive and stealthy. Found primarily along the edge of the Deep. Composed mostly of smaller type echoes with heightened senses.

THE DESPOILERS | Extremely dangerous. Actively hunt humans and attempt to break into the Dome. Seem to operate out of the Floes. Purposely infect other healthy humans though leave them to die. Comprised of mostly mentally ill humans or humans who were infected recklessly or with violent intent.
