Millie/Monroe Daniels

There's not much to say about the girl just named Millie.  Like anyone else in the dome she's just trying to get by, occasionally working crap jobs when they're open. She's fairly kind if a bit of a ditz when all is said and done.  Most often she can be found trying to get work in more respectable places while simultaneously getting cat calls.  The young man named  Monroe Daniels is known to live near the slums, trying his best to avoid notice and make what little cash there is to be had.  Really quiet sort, that boy.  

M.C. Punk on the other hand has become somewhat well known in recent months for pirate radio-like broadcasts.  They're on sporadically but usually at the same time of day; the times are passed around by word of mouth in hushed tones.  He claims to be the 'Voice of the Voiceless' and lampoons both sides of the conflict between Military and Rebellion with equal vitriol.  Information that needs to be shared without a political filter is provided along with music, including 'requests' and sarcastic dedications.  So far Punk has evaded authorities on both sides and continues to broadcast from somewhere.
