Friends: Plenty of potential for friendships of different sorts here! Millie's a friendly young lady who comes off a bit airheaded but tries to make people happy; she works off and on at what passes for a restaurant within the Dome, so people probably know her from there. Monroe keeps his distance from people for reasons that he won't disclose, though it's rumored he lost some people in an Echo attack. Though he's a hard worker he says very little and even less is known about him. M.C. Punk is known over the air waves alone to most people but probably has fans, definitely has informants keeping an ear on things all over the place.

Enemies: Really anyone who's trying to track down Punk is an enemy, one who might find themselves outmaneuvered by the crafty Voice of the Voiceless. Anyone who sympathizes or works for the Rebellion or Military without questioning their leaders is going to be looked down upon as well. People who talk too much annoy Monroe and will probably gain his ire pretty fast. Millie doesn't care for people who stamp on the downtrodden or make too lewd of comments at her.

Lovers: Being a secret radio personality who denounces two powerful factions leaves a person very much on guard against people trying to get too close. That said there's a place in Millie/Monroe's life for a special someone, provided they could keep some secrets. Though a bit of a sucker for looks it's really a strong personality that will win over the Voice of the Voiceless. Someone who isn't afraid to be who they are, who doesn't follow like a blind sheep. Also someone who likes cuddling and music, but that's neither here nor there.
