CROW

"Crow" appeared a couple of years ago during a raid by thugs on some helpless wasteland dwellers.  One attacker was left alive to spread the story of a shadow that appeared from the night to tear apart his crew.  No bullet casings were found and witnesses claimed it was a single person armed with a blunt weapon and bare hands.  Since then attacks have been carried out on ravagers and rebels alike when they choose to prey on the weak.  Even military personnel who step over the line are not below the dark warrior's notice.  All that's known for sure is that Crow comes at night without warning and seldom leaves any attackers alive.

Saida Bolden was once a slightly senior officer of the formal rebellion, active and energized by the goal of toppling the military.  She knew people who'd lost their families to the military and was determined to strike at them.  Her tactical mind proved incredibly useful for setting ambushes for the military time and again.  However she began to notice how extreme some of the orders became, though she carried them out all the same.  One day an order came down that was too extreme for her to follow and she consciously disobeyed it to spare people from collateral damage.  Knowing the order had come from the top, she deserted and began to do what she could, when she could for the meek and in need.  Anytime she has the opportunity to strike at Rebels or Military doing wrong (in her mind), she's more than happy to step in.
